- A Minimum of 4 years of experience as a Registered Nurse including at least one year working in a quality or patient safety role.
- Previous management experience in an acute care setting and a strong background in regulatory compliance, performance improvement, and or patient safety (preferred).
- BSN degree from an accredited Registered Professional Nurse Program.
- Master in nursing or related field preferred.
- Current NYS license to practice as a Registered Professional Nurse.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS are required through the RQI system during clinical orientation. Basic coronary care within 6 months of hire.
- Certified Emergency Nursing within one year, preferred.
